Joe's Pasty Shop creates fresh from scratch pasties using whole foods from local farmers in Wisconsin. We have an eye on all aspects of the pasty making process.  This includes rendering our own lard for our signature pastry crust that is very unique.  We also create a vegetarian whole wheat pastry crust made with sunflower oil sourced from Wisconsin grown sunflowers.  Even our spices are hand blended.  We strive to offer our customers the best pasty possible. Most of all, we want to expand people’s palates and prove that pasties can be a variety of flavors, as well as a healthy well rounded meal.
