Our Pasties are made fresh by hand in small batches with local ingredients and organic when possible. We start with raw ingredients, par-bake, and then freeze so you can carry them home to enjoy whenever you desire. PASTIES ARE ONLY AVAILABLE FROZEN FOR TAKE OUT.
Our traditional pasty dough is made with freshly rendered lard from local pork. We avoid hydrogenated oils and preservatives. Our special whole wheat pasty dough is made with sunflower oil from Wisconsin grown sunflowers. Pure Goodness.
